Your insurance documents (Covernotes, Agenda, Schedule of Assureds, Debit-/Credit Notes) are automatically available on a Rapid SSL Secured server accessible through an auto generated password to our client's principal contact. The principal contact has access to a delegation system enabling them to delegate access on a ship-by-ship and document-by-document basis – within time parameters – to the parties they chooses. The system delivers an overview and reminder of delegated authority at regular intervals to avoid delegation being active when it should not.
The system has advanced search functions and provides a Dropbox-esque space for the sharing of crucial documents. The latter can also be used to store documents, for example, those provided by P&I clubs. A claims handling functionality is also under development.
